Harley gets a present

On Friday a big box came to our house from Matchstick and inside was the Purina Maxx Scoop Kit for Harley!

He got a new Cozy Corner litter box, a Purr-fect Paws litter mat, a Rubbermaid Litter Caddy & Scoop, 3 Purina cat treats and coupons for Purina Maxx Scoop litter.

If you own a cat, you most likely have a litter box indoors and if you don’t clean it daily it STINKS – especially if you are in a condo or apartment – and Purina has put out Maxx Scoop Small Spaces which my sister says is amazing.

We are lucky enough to have 2 bathrooms in our place and Harley has his own bathroom area (an old shower stall in our upstairs bathroom.  Lately he’s decided that he would rather pee on the shower floor instead of in his old litter box, which is disgusting and I’ve had to bleach the shower 3 times in the last two weeks.  As you can imagine I am more than happy to try out the new Purina Maxx Scoop kit.

Chad and I went grocery shopping yesterday and I was a little disappointed that my grocery store was out of the new Small Spaces kind, so we went with the regular Maxx Scoop.  My sister and I set up Harley’s new stuff and I bribed him with his new cat treats to sit still and take some photos.  I was a little worried that he wouldn’t like a covered litter box, but so far he’s been using it with no problems.  It’s been 24 hours since we’ve set it up and it’s easy to clean and the litter clumps well, much better than the other clay based litters I’ve tried.

Thanks to Matchstick and Purina for giving us this great stuff. And thanks to you guys for reading a post about cat litter.  If you have a cat, you can probably understand why I would be happy about a new litter box and cat litter for free.  If you would like to try out Purina Maxx Scoop cat litter, you can go to www.trymaxxscoop.ca to qualify for one full valued Maxx Scoop Small Spaces coupon.
