Uh Oh, Jazzfest

***This post was one of the lost kaponetwo entries, but thanks to Wayback Machine web archive I was able to restore it!***

Thursday night Carri came over with beer.  We drank some at my house and then took some travellers for a walk.    Beaches Jazzfest started tonight and it was crazy busy, so we decided to go to Licks to get me dinner and down to the beach to hang out.

It takes forever to get anywhere when Jazzfest is on.  Kind of annoying, but good to go down to the beach cause no ones down there.

We were sneaking beers and already a little tipsy.  The light was shining in our direction so everytime someone walked by we thought it was the police.  I would be so pissed to get a drinking in public ticket at this age.  I hope I didn’t jinx myself.  Carri got one of me and my food spread.  I’ll post in when she sends it to me (pssst Carri send photos).

K I’m a loser.  Just going through photos and Carri took this with my camera. This is my drunky face.

Here is me at a bar called Captain Jack’s, right before “the incident”.  Carri wanted to check this place out.  I was skeptical cause I was pretty sure my brother told me it was a sketchy place and not go go there.  Turns out he was right.  Carri and I were offered seats at the end of a table that three other dudes were sitting at.  The first thing they said to me after the introduction was “oh great, you’re married” haha..  I’m not, but I have a pretty nice ring from my man.  We were chatting when suddenly someone puts their arms around me from behind and then…… starts dry humping my back.  Yeah.  I’m not lying.  So disgusting and violating and traumatizing.  I pulled his arms off fast (with the help of Carri and one of the dudes) and turned around.  The guy looked at me and started saying he thought I was someone else and he was so sorry and embarassed and then he left the bar.  So gross.

We had no idea what we were getting into.

I told my brother the story the next day and he said he told me not to go there in the first place.  He was so right.  Never again will I go there.

So that’s what happened first night of Jazz festival this year.
